  • Customers submit service requests on the platform for a small fee. Verified service providers are then notified and can respond with quotes. Customers choose the provider that best suits their needs.

  • You’ll need to complete our complaint form and you should include the following:

    • Your details  

    • Details of the professional

    • Description of the incident 

    • Attach supporting evidence, such as emails, receipts, or photographs  

    Please note, that we encourage customers to give professionals up to 7 days to resolve the issue amicably before escalating as a formal complaint. However, if the situation is severe or unresolved, you can report it immediately.

  • Download the Green Pages App and click  on “Join as a Professional" section, fill out the registration form, and submit.

  • Keep your profile complete, respond promptly to leads, maintain positive reviews, and purchase premium listing options.

  • Absolutely. We adhere to Cameroonian data protection laws and use industry-standard security practices. See our [Data Protection Policy] for more details.

  • We verify provider identities and collect reviews and ratings from past customers. You can view these on each provider's profile.

  • After submission, you can track responses from providers in your Green Pages app Request menu.

  • If no provider responds within a specified timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.

  • You can delete your account directly on the app on your profile page by clicking the Delete Account button

  • Payments are generally final once a request is submitted, as the service starts immediately. If there is a billing issue, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge, our support team is happy to review it and resolve the matter.
